I at least know this is the case with Overwatch's (less invasive?) anti-cheat. This seemed contrary to how I believed all AC in all tac FPS games was understood, as I previously believed it was known that some cheats wouldn't be 'detected' yet or hadn't yet been dealt with in a 'ban wave' and could still be utilized until addressed. My teammate was adamant that if a player is showing as having AC enabled, there is a 0% chance they could be cheating, ever. I wanted to see if more experienced players could chime in and let me know if they agree, or if you could shed light on the popular understanding in the greater community of how effective FACEIT AC is. Given some of the plays, flicks and seemingly locked aim that I am thinking are too crazy for the FACEIT level 1-2 players that match in my games (I'm level 1 rn, have mercy) I am suspecting cheats from some players in my matches on either side often enough. He was repeating that there is NO CHEATING POSSIBLE in FACEIT from players that are showing FACEIT Anti-Cheat enabled.
Today one teammate was speaking against an accusation I made against another teammate during a match and his central premise surprised me.
Hey there, I'm a bad CSGO FACEIT NA player who often suspects that one or two of my teammates are cheating, and sometimes my opponents, in my FACEIT matches.
